The Problem

Melbourne-based women’s fashion brand, Obus, contacted us to improve their Google Ads results. Already with another agency, Obus was expecting more site traffic, more unbranded search, and more sales. They needed pitch to step in and make significant improvements.

The Pitch

From looking at their Google Ads account, we could see Obus was only running a Google Shopping campaign. This bottom-funnel-only approach was not optimising spend, leading to a poor return on investment. To create multiple touch points with customers which would keep Obus front of mind throughout their purchase journey, we developed a Google Ads campaign across Search, Dynamic Search Ads, Display and Shopping.

The Performance

A 22.3% increase in Year on Year revenue with a 50% reduced Google Ads budget. Cost per click down 80.3%. Clicks up 151%.
