The Problem

Skincare company Koena was unconvinced of digital marketing and the impact it could have on their sales. After some false starts and inconsistent performance, they came to us to hear the pitch and decided to give digital one last try.

The Pitch

Step one was a creative overhaul of their ad collateral - previous agencies weren’t doing their brand justice, so our design team developed new assets focused on performance. Then went to market with a full-funnel strategy focused on Koena’s core proposition, of helping people with sensitive skin. We knew we needed to attract strong results early, to make Koena a digital marketing convert.
