The Problem

Property development and management company Five Squared Property Group was undertaking a significant investment in its latest house and land offering, Bloom Clyde North. This offering would house 650 families and provide aged care, education facilities, parks, gardens and more for a whole new community. Our job was to target Melbourne home buyers, develop Bloom’s brand awareness and reputation, and generate enough leads to ultimately sell out the development.

The Pitch

Buying a home isn’t a quick purchase. As such, we needed a long-term strategy with a long sales cycle in mind. Through a combination of organic social content, SEO optimisation and Digital PR, paid social and paid search, we were able to introduce the Bloom brand to active home hunters, and build its reputation as a trusted development through long-form, educational content. Through aggressive paid social retargeting, we would be able to keep Bloom front of mind, and ultimately generate highly primed leads.

The Performance

Selling out the development a year ahead of schedule with 4,100 enquiries. 250% increase in branded search. 90% decrease in cost per enquiry from Google Ads.
