German manufacturer and plastics innovator REHAU presents the Australian plumbing market with a new way of working, using its uniquely lightweight and durable polymers. For tradies that rarely change brands, getting them to change not only the pipes they install, but the tools they install them with, was always going to be a tough sell. REHAU came to us to improve its brand perception in the Australian market.
Our workshop findings identified REHAU’s need for a full-funnel strategy to create multiple touchpoints for its audience. We needed to educate Aussie plumbers on the benefits of REHAU’s technology while cementing a positive perception of the brand. Our goal was to build social proof through an organic social strategy focused on user-generated content and to increase brand awareness through paid social and search.
